These are some unbelievable reports that common man can not see.. see here how many grievances are filed by the public and how many cases are closed by Greater Hyderabad Muncipal Corporation. Out of 516 cases, they only closed 134 cases and 368 cases are still pending with just 26% of achievement rate. Is it the government paying them only 26% of their salary? Then why we need to pay 100% salaries to these people? it is our hard earned money that they are enjoying with.. Nobody will be available at their desk even 1hour after the office has been opened, those who are sitting there will not respond or busy with the phones.. most of these applications are filed by people like you and me for our Voter ID cards (EPIC) and this is what their response to our complaints..
